Hi all,

The weather is looking to be more on our side tomorrow so the community tidy up at the Ships and Castle site is going ahead!

Just make sure that you have got your rain jacket and wellies at the ready! Underfoot is particularly wet in some areas.

Just a few bits of housekeeping:

Please bring gloves and tools that you can use.

Thanks to Ross Sanderson and South West Hire and Sales there will now be two portaloos on site.

Although members of the public can’t come into the building just yet ( due to licenses, insurance and health and safety) , members of the Pendennis Leisure team can access water to fill up bottles and we hope to be able to supply some hot drinks.

PARKING- Due to stipulations of the upcoming lease transfer to Falmouth Town Council, Cornwall Council have had to limit access to the Ships & Castles site including the car park for the next few weeks , meaning no one can park tomorrow in the car park.

Please find somewhere near to park and walk up-don’t forget there is the footpath from Castle Beach that leads right up to the building. If you have limited mobility and need to park nearer, please get in touch.

We really appreciate all the help we can get and look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow to help tidy up the site and give it some much needed love.
